21st Sunday in Ordinary Time
Response to the prayers
Lord hear our prayer

Jesus you are the Son of the Living God always present to us, always a constant in our lives. Help us to awaken to the truth that we are one with you, connected to the Source of all Life and Love, to life in all its abundance, to the Kingdom of heaven.

Divine One, we pray for your body, the church, that we and all people will share in the work of building up your kingdom. We remember in our prayers today all clergy, active, retired and on leave and the Parish of Rose Blanche. We seek your grace as we deal with the situation caused by the Pandemic. May we spend time in silence each day seeking your prayer in us for our world.

O Great Awakener, May we be a part of the solution of healing our precious Mother Earth ; we hold in prayer the leaders of every nation on earth that they may seek peace and prosperity for all peoples. Help us to see our world as one interconnected body and work for our neighbors as we would work for ourselves.

Divine Healer, we remember all who are sick and suffering, all who feel excluded and unwelcome in our communities, all who live in tension with serious illnesses, and all those who provide care and support . We remember those who are bereaved, for whom suffering is a daily occurrence. Help us to learn to live with our suffering, integrate it into our lives and grow in love.
