Good day dear friends, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Gospel for this Sunday we will hear of Jesus breathing the Holy Spirit into the disciples, who are locked up in that Upper Room in fear. In order to live a life that is more fully conscious and free and connected to the eternal and emerging Life of God – that is, in order for us to be more fully in Love – we have to learn to open up our hearts and to breathe deeply of the life giving Spirit of God. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
