Notices for Week of May 30

Notices: 30 May,  Holy Trinity
Dear friends,

This Sunday we are celebrating the Feast of the Holy Trinity. The Holy Trinity is not only the foundation of Christian faith, it is foundational to the understanding of the ever expanding universe. The Trinity reflects the relational nature of all of life. All of life is interconnected, but not in an impersonal way. Life is intimate and full of the energy or spirit of Love that draws us toward and into each other. Every time you consciously and lovingly connect with another (your spouse, child, friend, stranger, an animal, anything in creation), there is the Holy Trinity that you are part of and inside of. And out of the conscious and loving connection something new is always emerging – your life, which is God’s life.
Love,

Father Gerald+

With reference to the Coronavirus, and any infectious disease, prevention is the best approach to protection. Individuals are advised to take precautions around general hygiene and public health. Clean, Cover and Contain is the recommended approach.
Clean: wash hands regularly with soap and water or hand sanitizer.

Cover: use a tissue or arm to cover coughs and sneezes as opposed to the hands which frequently touch other surfaces and people.

Contain: individuals with influenza-like symptoms should stay at home to minimize contact with others and to treat the symptoms of the illness.
